Nolensville, TN

Nolensville Town Square created the first public square in the town’s over 200-year history. Townwright Studio worked within the newly established form-based code to modify a proposed block structure to accommodate a mix of live/works and a variety of townhomes to meet the demands of an evolving market. The proposal includes breaking down a large block into pedestrian sub-blocks to enhance walkability while completing the south side of the square with a variety of live/work unit types.
